Why is the genre listed as being Fantasy?

    Probably because science fiction is always closely related to fantasy.

    Yes but this game has no fantasy elements

    Despite their similarities, there is a very clear distinction between this game and any sort of fantasy.  granted, I have heard mention of future plans for sorcery and the return of shapeshifting from the original EA, but there is still an overwhelming sci fi theme.
