Dungeons & Dragons Online: Welcome Back Weekend II

This weekend from the morning of Friday June 15th until Monday characters in Dungeons and Dragons Online will earn 50% more experience and enhanced loot levels.

As many of you have already noticed in the newsletter, we've announced plans for another weekend of looting and debauchery when all loot gains another level and you can earn 50% more XP! Our second Return to DDO Weekend invites all former players to return and experience the new challenges and adventures that they've missed! In addition, all players will receive:

  • +50% bonus to earned XP
  • +1 loot level on chests

And, as a special treat, live events will occur throughout the weekend!

The bonuses will be in effect from Friday morning June 15th through Monday morning, so plan for the adventure of your life!

    Agreed.  I started back in during last welcome back weekend, but this game is pretty time intensive.  Free would ease that up.  ;)

    Been away from DDO for a couple months now as I have been trying V:SoH and LOTRO out but the event is a good reason for me to come back to what I think is one of the better games on the market.

    Why not design the game so you don't need increased XP weekends to make it fun enough for people to play?

    How about old account holders can log in and play again? That enough? :)

    (NB: This DOES NOT mean activate the account to do so, JUST log in like it was, unlike some poor sap who did that with his CoX account then screamed he was scammed)

    Turbine ought to think about a Lifetime membership to DDO...got them lots of LOTRO subs...

    DDO's missing/lacking a lot of content, the exp and loot increase is great, but it's not allthat helpful since you can only build another new character every time you get 1,750 favor.. The game also is giving people the opportunity to do tons of things, but usually its a buncha military dudes taking their characters off of some site.



    The 14.99USD a month isn't worth it to play the game, if they could put say.. half that 7.50ish maybe they'd get more players?..
