account key trouble

in Star Wars Galaxies
i used to play swg and cancled my subscription but now i want to get back into it again but when i put my account key in it wont take it what do i do?

    You don't have to use the key again. Just log in to the station account that you used before and update your billing info and you should be good to go.

    I might be mistaken, but if you've been a little vague here. Are you trying to register an expansion? Did you buy the "Total Experience" or "Complete Online adventures"? If so, you have to log into your old account and use the "Register Expansion" button.

    If this isn't your problem, please explain in more detail.

    no i used to play and have all the exspansions and used all the account keys but canlcled my subscription to it but now i want to get back into it but now i cant use update my account with out putting in the account key cause i cancled it

    for resubscribing: after the Launchpad loaded you click: My Account and then just Manage Subscribtion.

    i wish it was man

    i miss it to death. but i will not give into an swg with classes and no open feel to character development.

    Contact customer support and they can find your account based off of the CD Key for the game. I had 3 accounts at one point and forgot the login info for one I hadn't used in ages. CS used my key to help me figure out the info.



    The nice thing about SWG is that you still get the vet rewards even if you haven't been subbed. Then you just throw the rewards on the trade forum and get your bank roll started.



    I guess that helps attribute to the super inflated economies on the servers though... never mind... forget I suggested that.
