Best voice chat software to use with Cabal and why?

Hi everyone, i just wanted to hear a few opinons on which voice chat software you would recommend for use with Cabal online. Im looking for the software with the lightest CPU usage, lightest bandwith usage and good quality. Overally the one which gives the best gaming experience. Ive narrowed it down to 2 at the moment: ventrilo and xfire, but you could add another one if you think it's better. Maybe pros and cons of each software? thnx for yr help

Of course Ventrilo... who the hell uses Xfire for Voice-Com anyway? rofl
