  Was the install successful? If so, what does it say when you try to patch the game?

  gives me some kinda runtime error. it patches fine.  just doesnt go past the screen after the patcher

  Think you could upload your dxdiag to me? Its found when you go to start> run> type in  dxdiag hit enter a box will come up at the way bottom it will say save all information.

  Does it error when you hit start game or when the game is trying to load on the splash screen

  when i hit the start button it goes to the first loading screen for like 5 mins and gives me a microsoft visual + c runtime error or something to that effect. went throught like 10 emails with suport before i gave up

  Dont worry about it just make sure they both get installed and then restart your PC and see if archlord runs
