    NDA won't allow such things to be discussed around here.

    It all sucked.

    You haven't read the NDA have you?

    The NDA clearly states that you can say that you are in Beta, you just can't say just about anything else.

    Either way I'll stick to my statement until I'm arsed to actually read the NDA

    The EAMythic NDA is right at the bottom of the beta sign up form. I'll even put in the quote I put in last time:
    2.3 Permitted Disclosures. You may disclose the information that is specifically identified in Addendum A, if any, on online message boards, forums or other similar venues in accordance with the restrictions set forth in Addendum A and this Agreement.

    ADDENDUM A

    1.

    The fact that there is an Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program.

    2.

    The fact that you are a member of the Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program.

    Ok, so its clear that beta testers can tell that they are beta tester.



    Can someone confirm that they did needed get a beta invite ?



    I just want to know if they have sent out beta invites yet or not.



    I know you can win them, and so on. But i want to know if GOA have sent of, based on applications made since they open up the beta sign ups.

    didn't know they were sent out i am not in it so hope they aren't sent out already

    hope to be in this beta. WAR is one of the few games that makes me excited at the moment

    Is this statement true, or just rumor?

    I received a Beta spot at a Convention I went to.  It even says on my Beta Center account that I was a winner.  I haven't received shizzle in my email yet.  Someone please confirm this, before I have to write nasty emails. :)

    Beta Invites were sent out, but only Pendragon testers were allowed in.

    Pendragon testers are old, trusted DAoC players, the people EAMythic know wont abuse a Beta Invite and will strive to actualy write reports and help iron the game.

    That's fine by me...I prefer 2nd-4th wave invite anyhow...I'm much better at ferreting out play-balance and quest errors than I am meta issues (CTD's, install issues, settings, etc)

    As much as I wish I were testing, that was a wise decision. Dedicated folks to get the big bugs pounded out.

    agreed Kane...there are always those people who have more fun squashing those big 'uns than actually playing the game, and I for one think they need to be utilized a lot more than they are.

    I have wished that I had started playing on Pendragon when I first started playing DAOC. Oh well I do not play anymore so probably would not be in now from this pool anyway.
