Appearance changes from leveling?

I thought I'd read somewhere that orcs grow larger as they gain more levels (which makes sense, how else would they be able to tell who's boss?). Is this a feature that's included for all races? Will humans put on more muscle, and elves....whatever elves do to look more impressive?

Ya parts of each race are going to become more "experienced" the more you level up. I hear dwarves beards will get longer and thicker the higher you get. I have no idea bout chaos and empire though...probably more along the lines of a lot darker and more evil looking for chaos and something along the opposite lines for empire.

Yeah I read this somewhere as well, a long time ago.

I really hope they impliment it, will be an awesome feature.

Yep, this will be in the Game.

As far as we know, Orcs will get larger, bulkier and will have more trophies hanging from them. Dwarfs will get longer, more fancy Beards - Gold rings and plaits etc etc.

No other ones have been announced yet, theres only some guesses, like Dark Elfs getting paler skin, longer hair, sharp nails etc etc.

They said that humans (both empire and chaos) would show changes by how ornate their armor and weapons are.

I'll link some examples of weapons that are labeled Low, Medium, and High.

So you see, there's a definite difference between the low level weapons and high level weapons. They said that this would be the only real noticeable way for Humans to change as they leveled up.
