How would your thread stop people from making posts that break the NDA? If they do not want to listen to a sticky they surely will not be listening to you.
1. The fact that there is an Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program. 2. The fact that you are a member of the Official Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Beta Program.
those are the two things you are allowed to say according to the NDA
Stop posting about this, there is already a sticky, a developer is not going to read this thread and swoon over how vigilant you are and email you a beta pass right away.
There are two things beta testers are allowed to say and only 2
1. That there is a WAR beta,
2. That you have been accepted into beta.
That's it. So, unlike other NDA you can say you are in. I guess that is to make other people jealous? it seems off. Probably the best thing to do if you do not want to risk breaking the NDA or being asked a million questions is just to not admit you are in beta.

If anyone has actualy violated the NDA, contact the administrators. No need to fill the forums with garbage threads.

You CAN tell people you are in closed beta. (This from Richard Duffek from EA Mythic . . . I posted his email to me in one of the other "NDA threads).
Pretty much anything else you say, however, is in violation of the NDA.
