Rogue or Priest? Coming back to play trial

I quit at the xpack because real life was calling and I was quite fed up with WoW.



Anyways, Im installing the free 10 day trial of TBC for "aww, what the hell" purposes and Im wondering which of my 2 old mains to play through the 10 day trial with.



I have an Undead shadowpriest and an Orc Rogue, both lvl 60. They have very nice 60 gear but of course that means jack sh*t at 70. I was just letting you know neither would have leveling problems.



I basically know nothing about TBC talents or how these 2 classes are now played out. I would like some forward knowledge allowing me to more easily pick which to go with for this trial. Anything to do with PvE and/or PvP is fine.

    well i would say shadow priest is probably your best choice because shadow priests in tbc are alot better than they used to be but rogues have remained the same and its really your choice but shadow priest is my pic

    yes priest got buffed a lot, go for a priest ,everyone need priest and they can do a lots of damage now, they can out damage the other dps class if they have good gear.

    Yeah go for priest buddy.

    If you can even use your old characters in the trail

    Yeah, i got this offer through e-mail too. I also stopped playing WoW right before the last major patch before the xpansion. Due to boredom and PvP system was BG only which was crap on a pvp server.  Doubt i will take the option of going back at this moment in time.

    Why wouldnt I be able to use my old characters? Ive never played TBC on my account and it has been frozen for about 6 months. I logged into my account and it says it is elegable for playing TBC trial.



    Considering nearly all TBC content is for 60+ then surely I can use my old characters? Anyway, I've been a little buzy and I am trying to finish patching it today then booting up the free trial.

    Even though ganking is fun on rogue I doubt I will have the time to level and lurk around to gank people on the 10 day trial. I just want to level a bit and do a couple of instances.
