I hope the dark elves have some appealing classes to play.
My first character in EQ was a Dark Elven magician, even though the class was so broken for a long time its still hard to forget all those months grinding with my mage.
Hopefully there is a DE ranged class, or caster type with alot of Flavor.
I noticed Warrior Priests have some mele abilities in the alpha phase that were posted that do damage and heal the WP some, hopefully we get some cool variations of the tank/healer/ranged/caster types for High Elves and DE's.

I did hear that the Dark Elf Corsair was one of the classes you will be able to choose for them. Other than that it's pretty unknown what they're gunna have.
The Witch Hunter looks cracking but you can guaranty that every spotty 14yr old will be playing on the empire side, so I guess it's an orc's life for me!

In almost ever poll Destruction has vastly outnumbered Order, but yes the kiddies will be loving the pistol wielding Witch Hunter.

Hey they look cool. They're the first class I've ever seen that has a cool coat. But then again every race in this game look cool.

Those polls don't mean anything. Really. Those polls don't reach a wide enough demographic to be accurate. In the two MMOs I've played, Star Wars Galaxies and World of Warcraft, the good side always had more people. And Humans were always one of the most played races. In the case of WoW, Night Elves were just as high up as humans in population.
I predict, when WAR goes live, that Order will outnumber Destruction. The top two races will be Empire (the humans) and High Elves, followed by Chaos and Dark Elves.
Edit: To answer the original question, right now I'm looking at Orcs. I may have to end up going Empire or Chaos though, depending on whether or not I'd be able to make an accurate-enough reincarnation of my human SWG character. But I haven't seen the character customization in action yet, so it's all up in the air.

It all depends on the demographic of the poll.
I would say that this poll will not reflect the realm population balance when WaR is released, the population balance will definitely be in favour of Order.
This gives me a good idea of what to expect the game to be like, the Chaos is going to be FULL because they are godly awsome, and the order is going to be much smaller but i dunno, cause if you remember from WoW the Night Elves where a dime a dozen, but they didn't have Chosen or Marauders in WoW so its hard to tell. (and if you cant tell i picked Chaos) Also i apologize for comparing WoW and Warhammer.
I was really attracted to the Warrior Priest, seeing as how I really enjoy playing the Paladin type class in most RPG's. But after a bit of thinking over Warhammer lore, I'll probably be rolling a Dark Elf. Unless, of course, the classes they introduce for them are just flat out unappealing to me. But I think that will be highly unlikely.

I started out with wanting to play a dorf because they are rugged and small and drunk and IN YOUR FACE, but I as I started to visit the homepage, what I read has slowly started to corrupt me and all my previous wishes started to fade and all thet was left was a dark and constant desire to serve the dark lord and lay destruction with my Marauder hands for even the smallest gift I can hope for, for my soul maybe gone but my desire burns stronger than ever.
