Did they ever fix the sky?

in WWII Online: Battleground Europe
Hey everyone, I have a bit of a dilema. I quit  the game a couple of months ago because of the fog at ~3,000 m (aka in the sky). I went over to play aces high but I found that game a bit lacking due to the lack of infantry/ good vehicluar combat. So with TOEs on the way (hopefully) I was hoping on making my triumphant return to WW2OL. However before I do I would like to know if they air game has been "fixed". What is the state of the weather in the game right now and has the population in the air increased to acceptable levels?

    wel man the sky is ugly in this but the gameplay is like wolfenstein it has dogs in it then their are tanks and stuff then u say then man then u get tanks if u know what that is then go over say ya then say man then maybe theres a day man so man if u do man no man u cant man then
