Thinking of comming back, however... before I do, I have one vital question. Is there more content, both grouping and solo? Or is it limited mostly to the main starter city and that second zone they added in? How about level caps?

There is like three open areas now. One for low levels, mid-range, and high levels. They are pretty big open areas. I did the low level one with my level 3 paladin just fine solo and it was fun.
Level cap is now at level 14.
And there is Dragonmarks in game now.
I'm sure there is more, but that is off the top of my head. Oh and I believe three new dragons. I'm not that high level yet still.
I would suggest getting the trial on an alternate email since you probably have your old CDs just use a different email to see all that has changed. If you like what you see then you can resub on your main account.
