Do you think Silvermoon is a worthless home city?

in my server Silvermoon city has become the Horde Central for roleplay, it is always full of people going on with their stories and plots, so, no. not useless at all.

In general, it is better off than Exodar. At least Silvermoon has an insta teleport to UC... to get to Exodar you need to get a freacking boat from darkshore....

I dont think its a worthless city, actually I think it is a nice addition to the major cities. The problem is everyone is in a set groove and not many will change until they see others changing so until then you wont see many people there except noobs.

This goes the same for the LFG system blizz finally added, I like the system and think it makes LFG so much easier, problem is no one uses it because they are so programmed to spam the trade and local channels that they forget its even there. I for one use it any time I am looking for a group in hopes that soon other players will learn to use it more as well.

Like anything new, it just takes time for people to get used to it and remember its there.

Out of every 100 men, 10 should not be there,
80 are nothing but targets, 9 are the real fighters.
Ah, but one, ONE of them is a warrior,
and he will bring the others home.

I recently rejoined the WoW family to try out the expansion.  I thought the city was a great help for newbs like me.  Once I learned my way around the place, I found it quite handy.  As far as it's usefullness at higher levels, I wouldn't know.  Still a newb here...

Indeed I found it a nice touch that the LFG channel still exist, but you access it only when you activate the lfg interface.... I wonder how many know THAT? :D

Putting Sivermoon off in its own little area does seem to have turned it into more of a ghosttown than anything else.
