Best Character

What do you guys think the best character is in this game? I think its the melee because they are just so easy to level. However, a mage can get pretty powerful, but REALLY HARD to level in the beginning...I dont know voice out your opinions please...

Hunter la why there is no job lv2? emmmm wizzy is the best for PVP. you freeze people than you use magic attack that is the best way. for hunter my Hunter is a mechine gun which is attack really fast and don't forget the luck. If you add luck the owl will keep on attacking like crazy! For the stat I only add dex agi and luck. And if you use some cobo card which is add+5 crit: with dex99 and +10hunter bow and 80luck. it can take 1000 dmg! maybe not but it will be good if you can find 2slots stuff.

I find that there is no true best character in the game, and that thier is infact a triangle of things that can pwn another class. Each class has 4 opposing classes that can kill them and 4 opposing classes that they can kill easy. Its really a matter of how you build your character.
For myself I stuck with knights but right now I am pretty fond of Rogues.

to me hunter is the best class there is =p. they can out mvp everyone with thier double strafe skill. they can kill many wizards sin bs with ease. they can trap to slow down ppl during woe and much more =p

I believe Acolytes to be the best, well more specifically there 2-x follow ups.

Battle Priests, Monks, Int.Vit Support, or ME Priests are all great classes and a fine addition to any MvP Group, and the right Monk build can be absolutely devastating.

I think the Assassin Clas is the best in my opinion. If you biuld up your theif right, the assassin wil be even stronger than usual. It can poison enemies and even steal (I think it can steal) but anyway, their AGI is really good and they just look cool! But thats my opinion, and Im fond of assassins...

i think the best job is the swordman because you get to higher lvs fast and have lots of hp, attack,ASPD and defense so it is the best for tanking and dor the war of the emperium in the front line

Levelling up a theif is very fast. With DA, hide, agility, I could be an assassin in no time.

Acolyte is not bad, an acolyte can be supportive and battle, to battle just become monk, to support, just become priest~

There is no "Best" character. It's how u build it up, all characters is good if u know how to build it.

IMO i think that swordsman is the best, i like physical strength the most in characters.

Personally, I think a Str/Vit Spear knight is the best WoE/PvP class. Reason, they have massive HP and def while being a good dmg dealer (using the skills provided, with a spear).

But, Blacksmiths who are WoE/PvP type will also do well. They can spam hammer fall and get you stunned. Then they spam mammonite which deals massive dmg to you since you can't move nor block this shot. They can also make alot of money by vending and selling overcharged loots.

Yea I love my spear knight. But recently I just started playing the assassin. Wow! what a great class!

Assassin, people underestimate this class too much. This class does wonders during WoE, it breaks the emperium faster than any other class. With the 2-3 classes coming out, this class will be pretty damn powerful. Those crits really hurts the monsters. With a priest you will level pretty fast cause all those monsters will have high def, but you have crits which will ignore the def.

Yea i was one of those people to underestimate the assassin and I was still in doubt when starting to make one. But shortly after i was loving it. Huuuge damage with the crits and Sonic Blow is such an awsome skill. Its a great change from my swordy days.

To tell you the truth, there is no "best character". Every class / player have weakness and strengths. Actually a sage is a pretty good pvm, it auto casts spells which is pretty cool.

I'm rather partial to Knights, myself, only because I've had one of some sort since 2nd Beta. I've remade a couple times and have stuck with an agi-hybrid. she's fun to play in WoE because she can crack an Emperium pretty fast, but gets owned pretty quick in PvP. She can hold her own in PvM with a decent support character. All in all, it just depends on your build and your skills. Each class has a "trump" card over another, so there is no class that is best or all-powerful.

Yeah, there is no class that is best for everything. Althought I must say a wizard can do pretty well overall in PvM and PvP. With the right equips, you can become a tough guy to beat. Also it depends on your build.

Go mage and lyou can lvl up pretty fast. Players obtain rares easier with a wizard because of their splash dmg and the ability to MvP slightly better than other classes.

hahaha, are you crazy??? Mage is the easiest class to level in this game, your nuts.
Vert fire wall in stings, you can gain atleast 40 lvls in 1 day o-o. Melee chars are HELL to level up once you get to jlvl35. And as for your question, It depends on what your talking about, for pvp I would say either a AGI/DEX Hunter, or a Vit knight. However, in reality the best pvp class is Assassin, but no one can perfect the build, well atleast know one as made a super elite one in iRO yet. Also, once the Assassin Cross gets to iRO, we will be seeing alot more assassins dominating within pvp. As far as Monster vs Player, and MVP characters, I would have to say hunter,wizard,battle smith. A good Wizard can MVP pretty much anything, a hunter can shredd stuff, [ currently making Falcon hunter, in hopes of it shredding MVP's] Battle smiths are also great for PVP as well as PVM, just because they can self buff and mamm + hamer fall [ own thos assassins

] Then theres always priest, who can MVP DL, thats pretty much it. Priests are pretty much invincible in PVP / WoE as well, lol proly think im crazy huh? In invincible I meen really hard to kill. an 85+ Int/Vit priest will almost never die. For one, you will do low damage to them, and even if they get low HP they can just heal, and you can't silence them because they have high vit, and you can't freeze them because they have high int. So.. the best character remains a mystery. The best character to me meens which ever can pwn in all situations [pvp,pvm,mvp]. If I had to decide which is the best, I would say Assassin, but the PERFECT assassin, I'ev never made an assassin, well I made one once.. but it was my second character ever.. and it only got to lvl 73, then I quit.. because I realized I fuct up the stats. And why I say that this is the best character is because of the assassin cross build, in pvp, and when your going to PVM you just put on some good daggers, and you'll pwn any monster
