About the trial

I donwloaded the trial version of this game a few weeks ago and enjoyed the first few levels. However, the trial expired and just a few days ago I would have loved to show it to some of my friends. Unfortuantely there doesn't seem to be possible to make another trial account using the game installed on my computer. Is that the trial politics? Or am I doing something wrong while setting up the other account?

    try re-registering with a different e-mail address. maybe that will work. u would have to remake any characters though, but u could show ur friends.

    Sorry, but it does not work. I tried to change every information (including email address) and no change - can't make another trial account.

    You cant just change your info you will have to create a whole new account to play the trial again.

    Well, that is what I tried - to create a new account (with different information), but I could not get through step 3 of the account creation (the one that tells you how to be called on EQ2 forums and to check the checkbox that you have read the agreeement). If you click the button it just refreshes the same page and does nothing else.

    Clear your browser cookies (In IE you do it in Internet Options I believe, in FireFox you go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy Tab -> Clear Now).  After your cookies are clear, try registering a new station account again.

    Thank you for the advice. I will look into it. Who knows, I might attract a few players into this game after all :)

    It may have to do with ur registry as well.... Unfortunately I'm not very familiar with registry and i wouldnt recommend you touching that if you don't kno wat ur doing. Maybe someone else with a strong technical background could show you how to clear the registry.

    Unrelated to your issue, I have a question for you.. how long did it take you to download the patches for the trial?
