  Ya I have WinXP Pro (Home works too) and  a Cable Modem - ToA will work even with a Dialup so thats not a prob.

  The biggest three questions I'd ask myself are (in order of importance):
  1)  What Video Card do I have (and whats its memory/speed like)

  2)  How much RAM do I have?

  3)  How fast is my computer.

  
  I have been able to effectively run the game on:

  GeForce 3 Ultra (its a 64MB Card) - but it ran MUCH better on a GeForce 4 TI (128MB) or a GeForce FX 5600 (also 128MB)  Any 64MB or 128 MB ATI Card should also work, although again - I'd suggest the 128MB series for best performance.

  Computer-wise - it ran ok on a 1.3GHz and above with 512MB of RAM, but it really flew on 2.4GHz and above with 512+ MB RAM  (my 2.4 has 512MB and my 2.8GHz has 2GB)

  Basically if you have the following you should have no probs:

  1.3GHz (or above)

  512MB RAM (It might run on less, but personally I wouldn't recommend it)

  64MB ATI or NVIDIA Video Card (128MB would be preferred for less lag and better graphics)
