Any good stat building MMOs? (similar to Ragnarok Online)

Hey my friend and I are looking for a game to play that doesn't require a really expensive computer to play and involves stat building, like in RO. Anyone know any good ones?

Truthfully, I don't know any rescent MMOs with good stat building systems. Alot have abandoned them and do pre-defined builds. Like a Warrior will always have alot of strength and endurance.
From what I have played I recommend 9dragons. It has an OK stat system and doesn't eat up resources.
ive played the korean open beta of ro2 a bit, and i can say that ro2 is more
... well skill based then stat based, here's why:
to switch between jobs is a good feature, u can unlock some skills for use in other classes like this.
but the "sad" thing is ... atm u get a reset on ur stats every time u switch between jobs,
dunno though if this is just for the beta or will stay even when the game will be published.
but it will take some time to be released as international version anyway.
if u wanna try a comic style game buildin on stats ... hm u could try tale of pirates.
Runescape is a good stat building MMO, and it can run on a really crappy computer

The notion that graphics, or anything else for that matter, are anywhere near as important as gameplay/fun is so utterly ridiculous that anyone who shares such a view should be placed in an asylum.
Really enjoying RO2 atm.. fun but, the mobs are bizarre, like 10 ft tall milk cows, and little squeaking balls
