hi does anyone know where you can download it as i looked everywhere even main site and there is no way to download it at all.

This game is currently in a state of revival under the wing of GameTap.
Game Tap is normally unavailable outside the US and Canada but there is a client that allows some European access.
The game has a free startup option with limited play that will give you a feel for the environment.
New areas are added every month. Usually on or close to the 23rd
