I dont know what kind of goals to set

On Ultima Online, my goals included hunting for treasure, looking ub3r 1337, and being a good player-killer while maintaining a good roleplaying reputation (my roleplaying reputation was quite 1337 too). However, on Final Fantasy XI, I cannot seem to find any goals to set for myself. All I know is that I want to be a lvl 75 summoner, 37 white mage. Of course, doesnt everyone have that goal? There is no sailing in Final Fantasy XI, your mounts are not permanent, no player-versus-player (unless you play that stupid sport Square Enix released 
) however, something won't let me let go of this game. It's not even addictive. God, please forgive me for letting Ultima Online spoil my whole MMORPG experience, but thank you for gracing the devs of that team with the knowledge of how to make a totally 1337 game. I dont want to leave Final Fantasy XI, please help me set some goals before it slips out of my hands again!

Hey I don't mean to sound cruel or anything but:
How the hell are ppl you don't know and that don't know you suppose to set goals for you?
Just kidding, anyway here are some of the things I set out to do for myself:
1) Unlock all the advance jobs (Done!)
2) Reach rank 10
3) Raise all my secondary jobs to lvl 40
4) Max out Monk and Paladin to lvl 75
5) Form a guild for mercenaries (Done!)
6) Get a fame of 9 in each nation (6 or 7 in my homeland so far)
7) Get a pair of Ochiudo's Kote (These things are sweet)
8) Defeat all the Prime avatars
9) Reach a million in gil(So hard to do with expensive gear)
10) Get all my AF gear for lvl 41-56(Monk AF armor looks nice)
11) Build my crafting up to make ninja tools(Hard, but doable)
12) Win in a NMBC battle(These things are hard!!!!)
13) Reach lvl 50 so I can sub whm and run around raising as a monk(Level 46 so far!)
These are just some of my bigger goals that I have. Hope it helps....

i found the game very boring as well compared to UO. I found some other games as fun as UO that didnt have all that stuff but FFXI was just a waste of my money. NO PK OR PVP OR GVG WAHWHQWWAHWAHAWHWAHAWHWAHHAW lol. Not the mention the really bad battke system
this has nothing to do with goal setting dickie.
