Who wants to play Cabal Online?

I want to see a show of hands(posts) of the people who actually want to try this game out in it's current form.

I did a ton of surfing online the past week and a half, and I finally came up with a solution to be able to play this game.  On the Japan servers!  Yes!  So what if no one on the servers understand you, you at least get to play the game, right?  I've been playing the last couple of days and the game is turning out to be pretty damn fun.  Fast leveling, unique combat system, etc...

Well let me know if you're interested and I'll post up the links to the guides I found. 

 

PS:  This is not a tease.  I hate people who do that. ><;

    But I'm playing it right now! :D  It's an awesome game.

    And about the EU version... I live in the US, so this is still a problem for me due to the IP Banning.  I'm just offering a little assistance on how to play on JAP or EU servers. :)

    I tried the beta and liked it. That said i wish they would release the game to US players too, or at least let US players play on EU servers. Either case i can read enough Japanese to understand the basics lol.

    Theres a patch somewhere in the web to translate japan cabal.



    I tried it, but its was unplayable cause lags.



    Went very dissapointed too that the english version is only for EU.

    The lag is pretty bearable, and it doesn't happen often for me, anyway.  You just have to pick a less populated Channel.

     

    And yes, there is an English patch for Japan Cabal, so don't fret!

     

    The first link is the link you'll need which gives direction on how to sign-up for it on the website.  If you want, I think you can ignore the first couple steps that tell you to change your languages on Windows.  Other than that it's pretty straight forward:

    When you go to start the HTTP Tunnel and Proxy Program it might look like you have to register, but for the HTTP Tunnel all you have to do is click the "Use Free Version" button. Also, make sure to Extract the Proxy Program into a folder, then install it.   Let me know if you have problems.

    BTW u all should check da game today as most likely they are going to start Open-beta where new members can regester and play the game .Enjoy

    Alright, everything was working fine with registering for an account, until i got to the japanese verification code. How the heck did you do it? I used the site you said to use and i dont get it. Can you explain how to get passed the verification code again please. Im so confused!!!!!!!

    the jpanese image verification part is paint in the arse.

    Yeah it was a pain, but have no FEAR!  The EU version is now in OPEN BETA, so you can go ahead and sign up on www.cabalonline.com and download the EU Client.  You can use the same Proxy information.  Enjoy the experience!

    hey , i download the japan server... create my acc , and verify my image... and extract the english patch... when i got into the game.. and tried to login , a bar will appear below saying connecting .. then after the connecting is finish i get an japanese error..... wad shuld i do?

    yea i got the same problem too...

     

    and i dont think the second link to bypass the ip checker thing is for the japanese version... it seems like its for european Cabal
