Thats quite a bit of information, to understand most i'll have to experience the game first hand, sounds worth the buy, and unfortunately i cant use the trial version, its only available in the united states. The one question left hanging is, hows the PvP?
Well, to make a long story short ive playd mmorpgs for the lst 4-5 years and now ive come to a halt. I'm bored of most of the games i play at this time (Eve,Wow,Voyage century) and i'm kind of just holding on til Potbs or AoC hit's the market (or open beta). My questions is, is this a "fun" game? i know you'r idea of fun might not be my cup of tea at all, but, i rather have the opinions of vet's rather then all the forum trolls jidderish! Seeing as the 14-day trial is for US only, i can't do that, either:(
Another questions is, is it immersive? I do like to roleplay (well, mostly for my self, not really like being in a rp guild per say) and just wonderd if it is easy to get the "true" villain feel (or hero, if you choose to play that aspect of the game for that matter)
Over and out//

I played lot of mmorpgs, and this is the only one I really consider worth of it fee, think no matter some say is repetitive, its FUN, you character is YOURS, not like other mmorpg that everyone is the same, not only in powers, you must configure them choicing them, also, setting up with the enhancements.
There is a trial, get ti, I think really worth of time this game
I can imagine how thrilling the whole customization gig can be, im an old school player and spend more time on the experience of the game as opposed to dominating a game, and im guessing this will fit the part, im waiting for a copy of the game, cant access the trial, which is a shame, but oh well, spend a bit o cash for the greater good.... of gaming.
It is a good game to come back too, but I personally burn out too fast. And with WAR, AoC, and Tabula Rasa coming out....I don't think I'll be doing it anymore.
That's pretty much where I sit now. I'm just playing CoX until something better comes out. 2006 was a horrible year for MMOs so I stayed with CoX except for a month here and there. Even though I'm a hard core comics fan and love CoX, I will still be the first to point out how repetitive the missions are. If they ever decided to do more with Ageia physics besides Mayhem (not much variety there) then missions could become much more interesting. At least with I10, they are finally giving a much better reason to dust off the 50s(and people with alt-itis to get a 50) as opposed to the Shadow Shard.
As for the OP, the price can't be beat and all the above-mentioned MMOs won't be out for a while so CoX would be a good distraction until then. My opinion is if you are not a hard-core comics/superhero fan and more of the general MMOer then you may burn out quickly on CoX. It would probably help if we knew more of your hobbies or likes/dislikes.
