Anything cool would be fine....
a post-apocalyptic setting would be my first preference... but
i just want to play something fun, and non repetitive, any suggestions?
thanks.
I want to experience the world in complete F***ING chaos...

I have played nearly every game on that list, virtually ever "Released" game.
I can recommend two, and only two, with confidence:
SWG and EQ 2.
If you like sci fi, go SWG.
If you like fantasy, go EQ 2.
Boycott EA Games. RIP Sim City.
both have monthly fees... very hard to keep playing untill worth it.
i have the same problem, now that holidays is near and school´s over, trying to find a good MMO is hard...
F2P is going nowhere... those are getting very bored... the cool ones have milions of players in the servers, which get very laggy.
looking forward to be accepted in the close betas and waiting for a miracle sometime.

vox,
It would help if you told what you have played and are bored of already. There really isn't anything post-apocalyptic on the market right now. Repetition and MMO's go hand in hand, almost impossible to recommend anything based on that.
EvE has a huge learning curve, if you take the time to try to grasp everything it has to offer.
I would've recommended Auto Assault for that post-apocalyptic/chaotic feel, unfortunately that game is shutting pretty soon.
if you don't mind something REALLY different, try The Broken Kingdoms...i may give a link but then again, google is your friend
Check out the MUD I'm making!
If you want to try a beta, Saga just started OB today. I think Sword of the New World is still in OB as well.
Auto Assault
It is closing by the end of the month...so try it now or never.

I've found two good games from this list that I still actually play. Lineage 2 is one of those games. Not exactly repetive I guess, has alot of different options to do, very large map, and lately has been an increase in players. With 6 races to choose from, and too many classes to even count, it can keep you occupied.
My second game, is Eudemons Online. Free to play, but you have the option to purchase EP (Eudemon Points) A second option of payment, used more commonly then gold. This game is still in Beta Testing and yet, is filled with thousands of players on one server alone. I personally play on Toronto server, but their are about 5 or 6 other servers. Can be a little repetitive, but when you become strong it gets really fun. Lots of peaceful people, pvp is everywhere, legions designed for support, and for ally and enemy legions (which is probably best, I love pking enemy legions) Family (for giving potency, which is basically your level but boosted by level matching equipment, improved status equipment, and pets that follow you called Eudemons. Family is also for Family War. Family War is where you own a map on a game, and people can challenge it for a fee, where you face family vrs. family for ownership of the map. The map can give you expierence for levels, and some great items). Theirs also quests, weekly events, and great people once you get to know them. Probably number one suggestion of a game at the moment.
