FREE GAME with a free ( liberated ) system of PvP?

I am from Brazil, I have a BAD english, I am sorry:
Could anybody suggest to me a online FREE GAME with a free ( liberated ) system of PvP?
I want a game where I could make a "team" and to struggle against other team, however, not only in "special events", or , to play like a "thief" attacking other players in the route between the cities or playing loke a "hero" hunting "thieves."
I already played dozens of free MMORPG , however, all of them have a such big number of limitations (and punishments) to PvP (Player vs Player) ...
I already found other games that have PvP EVENTS , that only happen once time a week (for instance) and I already found other games where you can create a Guild and to do a "War betwwen Guilds", however, with such a boring and annoying BUREAUCRACY to create the Guild and to make the "organization" of the "war"... Besides there being a lot of rules and such foolish restrictions that I won't waste my time in here explaining it...
I know that exist a lot of ILLEGAL servers of "GUILD WARS", "WORLD OF WARCRAFT" and "LINEAGE" , however, I not like of those "illegal" servers, and, obvious, I don't want to have to PAY to play any game also.
The thing that I want is simply a game free where we can struggle against other players without so many rules and restrictions and punishments, and, obvious, free and legal. I not want anything with a pirate server...
Does some game exist like this? Does some game exist with a server PvP for us to have fun struggling between players?
Does anybody help me?

Shadowbane is free-for-all PvP. No rules, only the strong survive and all that.

not all open PvP is good for new people thats why many games now restrict it
too many so called PvPer in them games are just really gankers where a real PvPer will look for a good fight a Ganker will look for an easy 1

It may say buy now or free trial but its is absolutely free. Just download the trial client and it is the full game no restrictions, no credit card required. It went free a long time ago they just never updated the website. Its a awesome game you will like it.
yeah tell me about it, i love PvPing but gankers are too annoying. i've been looking for a free for all pvp but with a lvl restriction, so max lvl skill-less tools can't gank me on my lvl 20 alt (hillsbrad foothills anyone?)
is easy to fix it: just a game with the PvP only can happen after the LV 20 or higher...
and, what is "gankers" I not found it in my english / portuguese dictionary...
and about the game that I want , I want a real RPG, is not fun games like a ARENA ARENA where you play with a limited number of players ( maybe 10 player ) in a limited area and need to kill each other... is not fun like that... I already played a LOT of ARENA games... isnot fun like a REAL MMORPG...
I want to play like a REAL MMORPG, with a VERY BIG area to explorer, Cities, dungeons, and a LOT of player to found at same time...

gankers are people that look for and only attack people that stand no chance at beating the offending player. like say you're only lvl 15 and get attacked by some one lvl 70. no chance in hell of defending yourself and alot of times die in one hit.

Ive been playing the game for 4 years its free now no restrictions even all the expansions are included if you make a new account . I got 3 accounts and none of them cost me anything anymore. Or dont play then I dont care.

Shadowbane is totally free. You should try it man, it used to be a pay to play game but not anymore. If u dont try that then there are Ultima online free shards..

Shadowbane = PvP godliness. End story. It's honestly one of the FEW true pvp games out there. And despite it's graphics, that one quality shall endear it to me forever.
My only advice is, do research on the servers, choose a populated one, and make friends. You WILL need help to get started.
There is a game called T4c,The Fourth Coming, its full of pvp of any lvl from 1 to 200 depending on the server you are, Its my favorite game , and the first one ive playing in my life. I loved it and still play often.
Just need to find a free server on the net or pay like 5 to 10 bucks a month to play..

Most servers are 64 players, the maps are large and its all manual control, be it blocking or attacking. Id suggest when you start out you do what everyone else does to learn to play.
The game is like world of warcraft the rts except your the characters in a 3rd person view, you mine, hunt, and build, for the benefit of your side. Then its on to offence when you lvl high enough and get the upgrades. you kill npc's to get gold to buy stuff like extra characters or weapons and med kits etc. then its on to hunting down your enemy and siege their city and destroy all they have built, if you can.

just 64 players ? I guess, is not fun like that... I am accustomed to play games, at least, with 200 players at same time...
I already played these kind of game that have a limited number of players in each server... most of the time, just 10% or 20% of the total number of players are online at same time... is very rare ( almost impossible) to have all 64 players playing at same time...
and, If, by a "miracle" all 64 players are online at same time, the "lag" will be insupportable...
limited servers are really NO GOOD... I never play a game with a so small limit of players...

Currently downloading the 15 day free trial (and i understand it's actualy unlimeted based on this thread) however the download info mentions US and CANADA only,does this mean here in australia, i wont be able to enjoy the PVP joy of this game?

If brazilian people can play, of course, australian people can play too.
Go play tibia, the game is populated with many BRs
I know: Tibia nowadays have really A LOT of brazilian people.
but, the graphics of this game ARE THE WORSE !
I like 3D games.
It comes down to Shadowbane and UO. Both are old games with poor graphics, but regardless, they are the best at PvP and PKing.
starport is really excellent if you dont mind the 2d graphics and it is free. most fun ive had in a 2d.
