Few hours ago Funcom drew the lucky 200 people who get to experience general beta. (This was the Beta for Alphas event) So I guess, vent out here, why you think it was unfair you didn't win!

nothing much for me to vent I'm not a lucky person when it comes to draws I expected to lose and I did
Awww, i wanted to "try" the "300" blood spatter.....among other things
But i hope to soon meet the whole jury in the asylum, where i will get a job and make theire lives a living hell
I usually have very bad luck with betas, and never get picked. I still sign up for them though but if I dont get in in a way im glad because I think that beta in a way makes the game less fun for you when it comes out on retail because you have already played a big chunk of the game.

Damn no luck this time - I generally have GREAT luck and get into 1/3 MMO beta's I sign up for. This one must be an odd one hehe. Ah well I'm in another beta right now anyway AND I'm playing LotRO as well so no loss to me, I just wanted to help the devs and see how the game is shaping up. I have faith that this game will be very amazing. For some reason it's not 'clicking' with me though. Ah well have fun all who play AOC

I hear understant the concern about re-playing the same content in beta and in the game. This can be a problem in a quest-based game, where you wind up running the quests, they do a wipe, you run the quests, they do a wipe...I had to eventually slow down in beta-testing LOTRO because as an early beta tester, I was getting burnt out on repeating the quests.
However, I am not sure this will be as big an issue for AoC.
so when i saw this Posting i rushed to gmail to check my mail. To my delight i saw a new email "BETA INVITE - AGE OF CONAN," after nearly soiling myself i proceed to open the email and it read:
HAHA i knew this would get your attention, no beta invite for Joo
My "buddy" thought it would be funny to start a new email account and send this email to me, ISNT THAT SWEET......
So now i continue working, slightly dissappointed and with a new found rage for my buddy.

No beta....I dont have too much luck either. Its okay, Im still hyped as hell for this game. I usually dont allow myself to get so hyped over games, but AoC is an exception.
Yeah, I can understand, how AoC is in the hearts of many already ... don't worry though, I shall take it out, the hard way.
Anyway, I don't start beta threads, cause I'm not that type of guy, but thought I'd make someone's day at least. However, I also am playing another game(beta) that seemed interesting at the time, however turned out to be a let down.
