Ive played this game 2 times... first was closed beta Granado Espada and the 2nd time was open beta Granado Espada...
By far this game stands out of any cliche that mmorpgs has... the original and innovative 3 person control is what stuck out for me. I find it kinda neat to have the ability to control 3 character and then there was the amazing graphics i find it very easy to stare at th game for hours wit ease lets just say lol
but... there are a few things that i hate about this game but this is because of my preferences and im sure everyone will think they are silly but lets have a really open mind ^^... I find the RPG of the game very vague compare to other games... i mean sure its a very original game with its own unique game setting but I cant experience it with three characters.. I NEED one lol... so all said.. i do not like the RPG.. the quest has no storyline... it has reasons but no storyline
2nd... You cant see people's level lmao! now im not sure its the same thing in SotNW but in Granado Espada... me no see lvl of other people...
3rd... PVP again is pretty cool with colony war... clan... 1v1.. whatever, its all the same quick result... theres no long grueling battle its over very quick... just like its game play...
and lastly (this isnt one of my beef but) being able to AFK level is kinda... i dunno... i think its great... my computer think its gonna melt and die soon and im sure it will cause problem in the future with the game community a... (I AFK level overnight with my computer on lol)
So basically this is the ideal game for all those people who complain about their MMORPGS. Indeed this is a grind fest but a controversial AFK grinding grind fest. I would definately hype this game to anyone who is looking for a good game to play. as lengthy as my complaints are thats pretty much it... everything else is superb.

Well before I say anything, I'm not some hardcore SoTNW player but acouple of your issues might be off.

This may be true to your adverage player, because the game is easy to get into and just kill away without reading anything, it gives the feel of there being nothing really in the game, however if you actually stop to do some quests it actually reveals a pretty in-depth story, I know myself even just gets carried away grinding because it's actually fun.

I'm not sure if you're looking really, but right next to peoples names, it lists each of their individual players levels.

True and false, pre 75, the battles are fast just like when grinding mobs, but after 75 it really starts becoming more of a less mobs, but stronger, than hundres of weaklings, same for pvp, you damage scales off, while your hp and armor keeps going up.
About AFK leveling, it's not like GE was, in GE you could go to sleep for 9 hours and wake up 5 levels higher, but in SoTNW, any AFKing for more than 30 minutes, and you get booted from the server.
Basicly you can't compare GE to SoTNW, there 2 really different games, anyways that's just my opinion, take it as you will :>
thanks for bringing up some issues like being able to see the level and afk grinding Taz... Seeing that most of the peeves in Granado Espada has been changed and dealt with in SotNW lol I might just go back to the game again
Yeah, in sword you can see other peoples levels next to their names. So it is not a big deal.
