Any tips you can give to a newbie ?

Just started the trial, i'm pretty much lost.  You guys can give me some tips ?

    Don't be afraid to ask in-game.

     

    Carefull while traveling.  Sudden death can await you at any corner.

     

    Grouping helps a LOT, especially after 50.  (can be duo, but alone is very hard)

     

    Best items are crafted by players...so you may want to either developp some crafting...or find a crafter.  The areas for the deposits to harvest are well known, peoples in game will show you.

    Don't be afraid of dying - exploration is most fun when it's risky.

    Careful when asking questions - too much information destroys the fun of discovering for yourself.

    Digging is very slow to learn at first but gets very much better as your skills grow - persevere. Digging is virtually essential to level crafting.

    The game community for this game is awesome and will help with answering questions very readily! I agree tho, if you ask too many they will answer them without hesitation, but it may ruin the discovery factor for you. :)
