this question has probobly already been asked.. but is this game Point and click or wasd? jw cause im wanna play it and im getting bored of point and clicks
They are both point and click and wasd so it's up to your choice, and the keyboard is fully customizable (i play only keyboard games, i hate using only the mouse )
What's a Point and Click game, then? The question kinda confused me since, like Gilga said, Ryzom can be played with mouse only or keyboard only, pretty much, and any combination of the two. I was guessing that the question was about the difference between FPS and RPG types of play - i.e. target by crosshairs or by selecting with the mouse.

Not targeting, it's about movement. Many Asian games are click-to-move instead of using the keyboard (usually WASD).
Yes, Hexxeity was more precise. About movements Ryzom is wasd (or arrows keys that's the same), but you can use the mouse to move the camera around, while most korean clones are only point and click to move the char, so you'll see everyone going in a crazy, unnatural way: move, stop, turn, move, stop, turn, move.... lol so bad behaviour. I really can't get why asians like it. And I cancel any account when I see that in a game I can't use the arrows keys to move. I even left a couple of closed betas for that.
It's not click to move, but if you hold down both mouse buttons you will run, and moving the mouse left/right will make you turn. It's how i avoid agro, cos i find that the WASD keys either make me turn too fast, or not fast enough

You must be left handed then I feel the same as Mariann about arrow keys vs. WASD, but I'm right-handed. =P
WASD feels cramped, while nearly crossing my hands to have my left hand on the arrow keys and my right hand on the mouse (mouse is above keyboard...difficult to explain) feels comfortable.

Well there are also keys that simply allow you to keep moving forward after having pressed the key just once and you can changethe direction with either mouse or arrow keys. This I find extremely handy for trecking.
After one of the latest patches has eliminated the possibility of accidentally attacking an entity right above you it has become even more comfortable to play all in all

I started playing yesterday it's a standard wasd game.
