MMOs' in China

I'll be moving to china in a few months and I am looking for an MMO over there that has decent quality and the ability to be played in english, so something in china with a choice to either switch or use a language program to switch to english.

If anyone has any knowledge of games like this let me know please.thanks a lot.peace.

    Good luck!

Maybe you can get lucky by using the US client to connect to the local servers for some of the games.  Otherwise I predict you will have a hard time finding english versions of games that you can play.

BAh that stinks, thanks for the post... I guess I better start studying my chinese

just thought I would edit this... I think I heard somewhere that City of Heroes is having NorthAmericans get the option of joining asian servers is this true or am I just talking out my rear?

And if anyone else has any tips or suggestions that can get me playing an mmo over there before I learn the written language I would bow down in thanks

I dont think there is any "English" mmo in china. Mostly are all in simplified chinese.

I do recomment a few based in Malaysia / Singapore Server.

    (a) Perfect World Malaysia

    http://www.world2.com.my/

There is an unofficial 75% English Patch available. It helps translate it to nearly 75% in english. Quest / Log / Char sheet /etc... At least be able to understand some of it. The official Malaysia English version is coming out after end July "I pray and hope".

    (b) Granado Espada Singapore

This is a fully english game. It is actually "The Sword of the New Coast" but this is the Singapore (Asia) server.

    Both Game are F2P (Free2Play).

    Great Passion for MMORPGs Games

Actually, theres actually a 100% official english client that goes with the Philippenes version and it has been converted for use with the Malaysian-Chinese version because Philippenes IP blocks

And it's "Sword of the New World" not "Coast"

Currently waiting for - Perfect World English, Age of Conan

Yeah the main problem is that in that area it is common for local publishers to buy distribution rights for certain physical regions.  So when that happens servers in other areas are ip blocked due to contractual issues.  So unless you know how to spoof your IP you are locked into only playing on certain servers.
