Do you have to insert the CD to play every time???

Or do you just play like FFXI?

    When the game first came out, you had to keep the CD in there, but they came out with a patch that eliminated the need for that.

    no, it is not required for you to keep the CD in the drive.  nor has it ever been required.

    AFAIK it is universal that Pay to Play games do not require a CD in the drive.
