I'm just playing the 15 day trial and so far having fun, but there doesn't seem to be many people on my server. Which is the most populated server, and which is the best for RP?
Starting out I didn't see many people either. That's mostly due to the fact that you're mostly around the Millstone, Arwic, Kehan area which are the n00b cities. I didn't start running into a decent amount of people until I hit lvl 12+ which happens pretty quick. People can always be found around the Cragstone Nexus in Osteth or in Ikeras on Omishan. Or you can simply use the general chat and ask for help when ever you need some.

Frostfell and Thistledown are usually in competition as the most populated servers. So either one of those would be your best bet, unless you want to be in a total PvP or Kingdom vs. Kingdom server. And it probably will seem a little empty till you start adventuring a little ways away from the beginning towns, unless of course we see a surge of new people, which I hope we do. I would be nice to get some new blood coming in. I play on Frostfell and have had a great time on that server ever since release.
If your UK based come try Dawnsong. Its the English speaking European server. Your latency will be better and everyone's in your time zone. Currently population is around 400 - doesnt sound much but its plenty to do everything you need to. With the marketing about to start and huge game improvements - expecting the population to start rising.
Dawnsong is good for UK players, but the populations are still low compared to US servers and it has been a more problematic server of late.
I'd recommend Thistledown or Frostfell, becuase it has more players on at all times.
I know on my server, we have dozens of Euro players as well as players from around the rest of the world. I can count about a dozen players from my allegiance alone that are in Europe.

Drop me a tell in game - /t Brogan Hunter, message or pop into Cavendo ally hall.
There's no actual rp server - but Embers does a bit of it
Cheers
