Why is it that any one out side Europe can't play I see no reason why after all al lthe US ones i've seen allow other nationalities to play thier games so why not this game? I say allow the US to play cabal i am really interested to hear why.

The people running the Europe server have absolutely no say in the matter.
Basically the company who created the game (I think it's Korean.) has told them that they are only allowed to have European players on their servers, hence they are enforced to put in an IP block to prevent players outside of Europe from playing.
The reason the Korean company enforces this is simple, they earn more money by selling multiple licenses. That's it, it's all about the money, and they don't care about being fair. If they allowed Americans to play on the Europe servers then it's less likely a company from America will purchase rights to run an American server of Cabal in the future.
Complaining to the people running the European servers won't achieve anything, it's out of their hands. So unless they decided to fork over more money and purchase the American license in addition to their European one, they will never be allowed to give their service to Americans also.

that seams logical ty for clarifying well i guess it's alla waiting game now. oh well. btw this was not a serious post though the part of i would have liked to know why was but the rest was all rubish. but thanks for the info on why.

Doesn't matter what games have what IPs blocked, NZ can still play =P
gamemasters.com has a contract between ESToft, ESTsoft sells the license to the countrys, and Gamemasters.com is bind to the contract they they publish Cabal only in europe, the license which Gamemasters.com has is for europe only.If they want to publish Cabal in other countrys they have to buy the license for that country.
