do u have to regester an acc on the perfectworld main page? because i tried and it cam up with this levelup website, ive done something like this b 4 and i hated it.... any info? ty

    LevelUp is handling the Phillipines version of PW, which blocks foreign IPs. To register for the Malaysian chinese or eventual english version, with no IP block, you should go to www.cubizone.com

    If you are in the Phillipines then yes register there if you are outside  of the philipines then register at cubizone.

    yeah, cubizone worked for me, and i live outside Philipines.
