Giving WOW one more chance to pull through

Im not resubbing now currently playing EQ1, but i am giving blizzard and WoW one last chance to pull through. TBC is a good expansion but lets face it all that time and money they could of did loads better. Though i will give them the benefit of the doubt with all the server problems, balance issues, content that had to be added to WoW, bug fixes etc held alot of things back. Currently they have zero problems with WoW, no more server problems, balance issues are almost non existant, group PVP is balanced. They have plenty of content and most of the bugs were fixed since launch.

So with all the money they are making with this new milestone being 9 mil, and all the time they take to work on expansions i will give them one more shot will any one else?

No, as long as they follow their current formula (and with 9 million plus subscribers why wouldn't they?) I'll not be coming back... just not the right sort of game for me.......

I agree with Cityzen and Kyleran, if Blizzard can offer something compelling, I'll resubscribe. Blizzard's current ideas about end-game content just aren't for me.

But Blizzard has a formula that works for millions and millions of other players, so I don't think they lost any sleep when I cancelled a couple of months ago. And honestly, if I were them, I wouldn't worry about it, either.

I went back to playing it a few months ago. Its really still the same as it was. Nothing has changed except the places to farm and the flying mount.

Figures the second guy would post the 9 million subs thing. Yes we all know the game has 9 million subs. When thats the only good thing to say about a game it makes you wonder. 9 million f*cking sheep and yes at this point Im one of them. Its not that WoW is great or even all that good its just that everything else sucks right now. Really Blizz has cornered the market not so much through their own great design but everyone elses complete failure to produce a game thats worth playing. WoW does nothing new or creative and it held true to its boring roots with TBC. Still boring is better than garbage like VG, MXO, SWG..etc

Also kills me that anyone cares that the expansion hasnt been released in china yet. Really besides the people living in china who cares? Personally I couldn't care less about WoW in China. I don't have any plans to relocate there any time soon.

So sign up and pay your 15 bucks for the privilage to be a sheep like the rest of us. They will continue to get my money until something better comes out. That could be quite awhile with the way these companies are turning out crap product.

The only thing gamers can do is vote with their consumer dollar. If you think a game sucks, don't give it your $15 a month. The main thing companies are concerned about at the end of the day is profit. If subpar games rake in subscription dollars, guess what? We're gonna keep being fed uninspired, lackluster titles.

Find some good people to hang around with in the game and it should be so much more enjoyable!

I love it and so does 9 mill others, but its not said that everyone will like it just because of that.

And I don't hope they CHANGE it too much, I would love to see things ADDED but not changed. I saw that once in a galaxy far far away from here... (if they had just added instead of totally changed that game).
