Yes, as I'm betting you can guess, I have a man captain (you probably didn't guess this) and a hobbit hunter. But I'm looking for 2 more classes, cause i want one for every race. What do you say? (<remember I need an elf and a dwarf>)

Id highly recommend the Elf guardian and the dwarf champion. Which is basically reverse of what alot of people recommend. Frankly I enjoy my human Loremaster the most though.

It all depends on your playstyle. I have seen great dwarf and elf minstrels, gaurdians and chapions. What do you like? Are you a fighter or a healer type? You can always try out the other classes and see what you like for the last two races.
Dwarves are my 2nd favorite race for minstrels, falling only to humans. I currently play a lvl 50 hobbit minstrel, and if I could have made him a human, I would have, just for the extra 1% to block, parry and evade that they get as a race-trait, not to mention for the human race-trait full heal. Dwarves get a good in-combat power and morale regen bonus, which is also really helpful, though. My 2nd character is a 27 elf loremaster. I do enjoy playing him as well, so that could be a good option for you.
