Anyone have any ideas on a definitive release date for the US?

The majority of game sale sites suggest 10/02/07
IGN and related suggest the same... October 2nd, of 2007.
So for now.. that appears to be the set date. Of course, as we all know... dates have been known to change from time to time. However, ramblings and guesses aside.. i believe 10/2 is their target goal.
Everquest - 2000 - '02
Anarchy Online - '01-'02
Earth and Beyond - '02-'04
Star Wars Galaxies - '03-'06('07)
World of Warcraft - '04-'07
Age of Conan - '08 - shelved.

seems like whenever i wait months and months for a game to come out, it usually gets delayed...i hate that. I really think they will have it out at least by the end of the year.
Tabula Rasa certainly is in a dilemma. Release early and fall flat on its face and get steamrolled by WAR and AoC. Or release late and polished and play catch up with WAR and AoC....Damn. I'd release later. Don't pull a Vanguard!!!
Since WAR is releasing in 2008 I cant see it playing catch up.
As I am not following AOC I have no idea when that will be releasing.
each game has its followers myself personally while intrested in AoC will be playing TR
