Question for Enchanters

i am leveling up enchanting with one of my alts and his skill is currently 295. if you are an enchanter you probably know that point where it pretty much sucks trying to get mats.
was wondering where is the best place to farm greens that disenchant into illusion dist and greater eternal essence's?
he is also a 356 tailor, is there anything easy to make that will disenchant into those mats? also if you are going to reply "just buy them at the ah" don't bother, the dust costs 3-5g a piece (no not a stack, a piece) and the essences are 10-12g a piece.
that is ridiculous and i refuse to spend that kind of money, even if i had the gold to do it, witch i don't. anyways, thanks in advance for any and all's advice or comments.
