    NDAs are for anyone in a closed beta to not share any indoramtion about it, including that they are participating.

    but basically OP by downloading and entering the (indeed any) beta servers you have agreed not to disclose anything about the game or your participation in it to anyone outside of the beta forums provided specifically for that purpose

    NDA = Non Disclosure Agreement. It basically tells you that you are not allowed to discuss the closed beta of the game anywhere. Anywhere but where the devs say you can, like an official closed beta forum.

    So breaking it would mean discussing the game on a public forum (Or in chatrooms, real life, etc.), or by trying to sell your beta key, things like that.

    I hate to break it to you but IVE HEARD that when you get a screen showing your beta key it says by entering it into your account you agree to THE NDA AGREEMENT

    You can be advised that you are accepted into the beta before you sign the NDA agreement. However, this is just arguing semantics.
