how will expansions work on the 360?

Probably the same way the Oblivion expansion worked. Downloading it.. not much the devs can do about your 360 not having much room. 10gb isn't much for an MMO.. but oh well. You might need to go buy the 120gb HDD.
As for myself, I have an Elite.. so I am good.
well you prolly wouldnt play all directly from the HD, maybe the CD also?
You'd probably have to play some from the DVD.
As an FYI, the client was right around 17gig at the German RPC a few months ago. Gratned there is a ton of optimizing to do, so no idea what it'll end up being, but dont be surprised if it rolls at 15gig or more at release.
This seems obvious to me. When PC expansions come out you need their DVD, I don't see why Xbox360 will be different.
it'll prolly work the same way FFXI worked or w/e on the 360
