As title says, its open for subscribers, I already dont like the "scheduled play time"

Didn't meet the min requirements :P. My current comp is P4 3.0 / 2gig of Ram / x800 xt . My rig is starting to feel the age
. I wont buy one though till Warhammer hits stores

My Computer is dated, but When i bought it it was top of the line.
I figure to keep up with things im going to dump $2500 into a new computer when crysis comes out.
I will be able to play warhammer just fine on this one :P
Ah too bad, would really like to try this one out. Though I couldn't see myself putting up money to be a subscriber from Fileplanet.

It might have been the audio question, im pretty sure from what I rememebr you meet the recommended specs, let alone the minimum.
However, do you have a subscription with Fileplanet? It let me fill out the form as well, then asked me for my credit card # and which subscription I wanted to buy.

Edit: make sure you make the correct responses exp sound card, I think I choose the first sound card and got denied.. Someone told me to delete my cookies and try agian and im DLing it now.

Quad Core, 2+ MB RAM, 8800 GTX.
P.S. - I am fucking beyond psyched about this. I haven't played a good twitch-based Sci-Fi game since ... well ... ever! Yay!

This is why WoW's graphics engine is superior. Any piece of &#$% can run it. This is also why FPS games like CS and HL2 are very popular, low system requirements and optimized graphics engines.
Why would any MMO company follow in the footsteps of Vanguard, EQ2, AA, and soon to be AoC with ridiculous system requirements? They always fail at getting high percentage of players.
There's a difference between being superior and being accessible, mate. Some games go for one thing, some for another ... if they all followed your advice, we'd be playing Bard's Tale XXII right now on an Apple VII C.
More often than not, software pushes hardware forward. Just ask Microsoft ... whenever they release a new version of Windows, I buy a new computer to take advantage of all the stuff that the OS can do. It runs like shit if I try to install on whatever I was using to run the old Windows because the new OS is designed to take advantage of new architectures.
It's the same with games. Warcraft is for the lowest common denominator and it looks like shit. Congratulations. Every idiot can play. Not my bag.
Calm down Calm down, most of the people who got denied at first (Like me) just choose the wrong sound card type... All it took for them and me was a simple deletion of our cookies so that we could sign back up for the beta and then make the right sound card choice this time..
AND BTW I CANT NOT FREAKING WAIT FOR TONIGHT!!!

15 bucks for 9 days of gaming with limited access hours? Wow.
I really really want to test Tabula Rasa. But hey, that's way too much for me, specially because brazilian money is woth like half a dollar.

I'm hoping that A) it's going to actually start tonight, when the servers come back online and not Thursday (which would be asinine), and
that this is going to last longer than nine days somehow.
I suspect I will be wrong on both counts.
I expect that its 9 days of 24/7 access so they can get some serious load testing done well ahead of open beta, then back to the normal restricted testing schedule.
Once you are in the beta they only take you out for violating the NDA. But past that 9 days - expect the normal testing schedule of 2 days a week, plus the week-end from Friday night through to Sunday night.

You should go to your PC and reg. there..
I dont think fileplanet deal now is bad. You get Tabula Rasa, Quake wars (which i love) and in few days Company of Heroes expansion beta will be there too. Shame that World in Conflict beta ended thou..
