Official AoC site Down?
Just wondering if its me or has Funcom taken the website down for maintenence/updates and the like. Is it down for the rest of you as well?

Since 2 AM Eastern Standard time of August 7th, Funcom has been in the middle of a massive server farm move/update/replacement. This was announced quite a bit ago, and will, assuming no delays, be completed on the morning of the 9th. This update is mainly for the sake of the online game Anarchy Online, but also affects their other assets, including the AoC forums.

Hours upon hours and almost half-a-working-day later, the site is still down.
It is 11 AM on the Funcom side the of Atlantic now.

I don't know about that, but it is a 48 hour downtime, even a slight delay could mean another day's work.

well, does anyone have any idea when the invites for the large beta might start going out? or maybe they have already for the large beta I am not sure?
It would be like christmas if the website popped back up with more beta news
Good timing. They announce the push back of release and shot down their website at the same time to avoid the uproar of the community.. Nice move funcom.
