Ok I have a choice.....I could get

City of Heroes... www.coh.com

Lineage 2.... http://www.lineage2.com/

Now....both look good but...

L2 from what i hear some servers have a bad prob with adena farmers and peopel who use bots...

in coh I like the fact that there is like billions of costumes to create......so it has like an unlimited custimization as far as your char and costume goes.....

so can anyone help me out?

    depends on what you like, sure u can customize ur char with tons of diff looks in CoH but in CoH i hear u use the same weapon thru the entire game and  u dont get armor and stuff which kinda sucks

    It sounds like you are already leaning towards COH. I've had some friends get it and like it a lot; the only complaint I've heard is that occasionally there aren't any people around to play with, and that was from only one person. Lots of friendly people, good customization, plenty to do- I've heard lots of great things about COH and plan on picking it up later this weekend. Maybe we could play together ;-)

    Actually, there is nothing to do. Pretty much all you do is kill mobsters/villians/gangsters, etc. over, and over. The quest are repetitive, redundant, and just give exp. There is no items to acquire. Its a very shallow game. May be fun for the first 1-2 weeks. But then its repetitive and boring.

    I'm currently playing CoH right now, and while I think it's fun, it really doesn't have a huge amount of variety to offer in terms of missions.  And it really turns into a big long grind.  Character customization is great, graphics are great, combat is great, but that's about all you do, fight stuff.  Some very neat powers but the terrain is pretty much all the same.  I might only play it for a month more or so, and I certainly won't be playing it once WOW comes out.

    Lineage 2 has gotten a lot of mediocre reviews but I personally don't know a whole lot about it.

    But see one htign that was cool about CoH was even when your LFG(Looking for group) you can still solo things and have fun while waiting....

    Also once City of Villians expansion comes out they are adding alot.....

    I htink i heard they will be adding...like crafting...more customization...more weapons....and stuff...and as villians there are differnt things to do....

    and the biggest plus on it would be...PvP....Good vs. Bad......

    This thread doesn't seem like a decision between 2 games at all. More like asking which game to buy when u're already leaning towards one game.

    Well i beta tested L2, and unless you have plenty of time to devote to it, avoid it. It took me quite a long time to reach even level 20. I don't know if they have changed anything between then and now.

    L2 is supposed to be a nice pvp end game, but if your that hardcore of a pvp person you msot likely hate an xp grind. So it kind of pisses of both ends of the spectrum. For pvpers it takes to long to get to a high level, and for pve guys you can be killed anywhere anytime except for safe zones.

     Neither. I pre-ordered CoH and i beta'd Lineage II. Lineage II is too much of a level grind. City of Heroes has no content.

    Well the level grind would suck yes...but I have alot of time to put into a character.....so idk if that would be bad......for me and the open pvp sounds fun....

    and coh looks fun....i saw my friend playing it other day and it looks awesome......and the customization is awesome.....pluswhen CoV comes out it will be even better.....

    So idk.....
