I heard this game is in beta right now. Where do you sign up for it or is it closed right now?
It is not in beta anywhere in the world. There was a "friends & family" day where about 200 people tried Aion in a net cafe overseas. They planned on having a real closed beta recently for about 2000 people, but it was pushed back a few months (there's a thread about that somewhere). There has been no mention of any open beta, nor any mention of closed/open beta for Americans/Europeans.
Bugs and glitches dont exist in mmo games. Thats impossible, and if you think so, your dumb. The only reason I can walk through that dungeon wall and gain 1,000,000 gold is because i was the chosen one, not because of bad programming.

when i think of Aion i'm filled with happiness and when i watch the movies i just cant resist to play them again... ...this game will be the greatest so far and will be one of the greatest games for a long time i hope. Aion is like a dream come true, It's breathtaking graphics and stunning gameplay makes it irresisteble and the environment is so dream- ike and fantastic and still so realistic and believable... ....i really wish there was an open beta.... ....how can any known upcoming game possibly beat this game... ...This game will be popular!

Yeah the whole open beta ideaisn't really looking like its going to happen. Personally I don't need a beta, as long as they bring the game out in the 1Q of 2008 ill be happy.
So my guess is...it will just be these exclusive VIP Beta's lol for the gamer celebrities lol so don't get too excited about an open beta....wouldn't want you to get your hopes up
But then again theres so little info out about the game that anything can happen
