Yes,i know that. But i heared someone who said "engine of Aion is engine of Guild Wars"+" ". But i dont think so. Because, game engine of Aion is Crytek engine. How about u think ?
As much as i know gw has its own developed engine and i should say good work. the graphics is super compared to the lag anyway its a great engine and i think its about to improve alot more when gw2 comes out

Cry Engine was developed by CryTek of Germany, and this tool used for Far Cry by Ubisoft. Thats why i dont think GW's engine used for Aion as someone said. Im looking for more information about GW's engine, anyone can help me ?
ArenaNet made the Guld Wars engine exlusively for their first and only game, so I doubt it's being used anywhere now except GW. It's already one of the best engines out there and I can't wait to see what the ex-Blizzards do with it for the upcoming GW2.
I heard that they were rewriting the engine for GW2...I could be mistaken. But yes, as the others have said, ArenaNet have developed their own engine. Aion will be using the Crytek engine which is beautiful in itself.

GuildWars is the game engine's name. They make their own game engine

Wasn't Aion's engine the Unreal 3 engine?

Aion isn't using GW's engine.
GW's engine is made by Arena.Net. Aion's engine is the Cry Engine which created Far Cry.
