delete your cookies and re try over and over, this happen to me and it worked. Also make sure you do dx 9.0c and the 2nd 16 sound card on the list

all i can say is try what Smiley123 suggested, and double check ur sound card and directx options. that could be the problem
i picked the second option for both the sound card and directx
Same problem here. My system can run Vanguard at max graphics. I sent message to fileplanet support and they pretty much told me I was SOL.
I'll try deleting the cookie and see if that works.
An update. First, thanks for help with removing cookies. I just deleted the fileplanet cookies and left everything else alone. Second, it seems to be with choosing the sound card. I made the exact same selections, but changed the sound card to the second one. It worked first try.
Is there any way else that I can play it...because I'm not subscribed to fileplanet, besides getting lucky and getting picked.
It did the same thing to me...you really need to get those less than and greater than signs right lol. I dont know why but it confused me while I was filling out the form. Good news is that you can delete the cookies and try again
Nunez: You can also pre-order it from EBGames, and once you get the code you can cancel the order(not sure how long it will take to get the code...But, I think its worth the 20$ from fileplanet

The problem with those with high end machines isn't your specs, it is most likely because you are using Firefox. Fileplanet doesn't work well with Firefox when it comes to these specs forms.
Firefox could be a problem for some, but I don't use FF. Selecting the 2nd sound card in the list work first time for me.
