WoW beta 3 Giveaway

It's nice to see another great beta giveaway. Do you (Admin) think you have any chance of negotiating a similar sort of giveaway for the European WoW beta for when that starts up?

    That'll depend on what the community manager for Blizz-WoW in Europe wants to do.

     

    These beta slots are for the American beta, if you're a European tester, I'd say to stay tune into the European sites. Since the official sign up still isn't over, I doubt they'll hand out freebie spots until they've got that beta rolling.

    I sure hope I will get into the beta. I mean I am a bug magnet. There is some obscure bug? I am likely to find it. I am the one who will accidentaly find a place where you can run through the bank walls if your a druid shifted into the aquatic form.

    i seriously want to be part of the beta... i'm reading the forums for WoW at the official site, and a tear comes to my eyes because the current testers are TERRIBLE. Ther eare SO many things i want to discuss and go over with and hope that one day a programmer looks at my post and likes the idea or what i have to say. I've never beta tested ANYTHING In my life, and i've been applying for beta slots since EQ

    I expect it will be easier to get into the European beta than the NA beta, since they will need a similar number of testers (for the proper server load), but there is probably a smaller market.

    That would be nice if it was so but I read recently that the European MMORPG market would be bigger than the NA market. I think the biggest problem is the language barrier which makes the NA market a much more tempting market to target. Still, it's nice that the beta sign up starts soon for us Europeans and we finally will get a chance to taste that candy image

    It will be tough getting in, but I'm hoping I will aswell :P WIth over 500k people registering, and only a few thousand people getitng in, you'll need some pretty powerful luck charms image.

    The reason I joined this community at first, while I know it makes me sound like a big scumbag but the beta is what attracted this to me. I would never sell my c.d. Key to anyone, if they offered some big ammount of money for it I would tell them to get airholes drilled in their head.

    I am so desperate for beta I would host a website just to get the beta keys! However the three beta key limmit applies and I can't give one to myself. Great what as blizzard thinking! Help out the fan sites but don't let them add content to it themselves!

    While u guys wait, u should just grab a MMORPG and don't complain (for the all of us image). Even though I can wait and not a die hard fan like most others, I have just as much chances as you then anyone else. (Admin said competely random, even if your a die-hard fan and lost to a person who will just sell the beta account). But here's how to improve your chances. As it said, try log in everyday or at least 5 times. And I once heard that you also get more chances of getting it if you post helpful messages rather then just pathetic ones or none at all. (So the ones who just sign up for MMORPG.com just for 1 contest gets utterly lower chances). So try post helpful topics and gl to all^^ image

    Yep lugnard same as me ive been waiting for soooooooooooooooooooooooo long but there are only 3 SLOTS! Ill never get picked since im a novice but what the hey.

    oh yea and my specs for is 2.8 ghz,512 ram,radeon 9800, and plenty of sapce for that monster file. Good thing i got a comp for my graduationimage. I 'm rdy!

    I hope I win. I have an awesome gaming computer and I still didn't get picked so I guess they wanted people with lower computer specs instead.

    My specs are

    Athlon XP 3000+ , Abit NF7 nForce2 , 1GB PC3200 MB , GeforceFX 5900 Ultra , WinXP image

    Spider sense... tingling.

    Personally I follow everquest 2 but it would be nice to get a WoW beta to test it out, who knows maybe ill like it better, I will see
