It is a learned spell from fighting Infineum Gaurdians in CIS. They must be the level 27 - 28 verion of the MOB which are located east of the Mining Camp, up a hill and through a temple.  Go to the back area and you will find them.

I haven't played in quite some time, but I learned Cull in RoTK within an hour of fighting some mobs in there, forgot the names of them though.

There's only so many words to descride a "Dark Knight" or Black Knight  or Shadow Knight <--- gasp!!

    WoW is not a bible.

Just start killing things in the general vicinities mentioned, and don't worry about it. You will probably learn the ability without being particularly aware of having done so.

I suspect there are other places to learn the ability. The two mentioned happen to be among the most popular dungeons at the appropriate level.

To the WoW troll, It's "Dread Knight", not "Death Knight", because the focus is on fear-based debuffing rather than necromancy. As another poster said, there are only a few ways to evoke the sense of what the class is about. Many players assume the class is the same as the WoW or EQ2 class without actually investigating it. I find that many players make unfounded assumptions about similarity based on use of evocative descriptions without actually bothering to inform themselves, then sometimes find fault with the game because their assumptions are revealed to be incorrect.

Stfu and go to bed. This is scary stuff nothing for minors, sorry.

The fantasy world is shared among alot of settings/world. Not shure if that came out right. But it is not equal to whatever you believe WoW have invented and for certain WoW is not a predecessor in the fantasy world.

    Typical physical characteristics

A death knight's physical form is that of its decayed body. The face is a blackened skull with patches of rotting flesh, with two pinpoints of orange light in the eye sockets. The voice of a death knight is chilling, seeming to echo from deep within. Death knights were powerful people in life and so they often wear expensive or magic clothing and armor. They are quite fond of wearing flowing capes to mark them as figures of importance.

    A game long before WoW...

I'm so broke. I can't even pay attention.

Yeah that made me laugh when I read someone was saying that WoW invented the death knight haha... Heck even EQ1 had the Shadow Knight before WoW was even thought of... and EQ1 didn't invent it by any means.  Dragon Lance baby... DRAGON LANCE!

DRAGON LANCE  Margerett Weis and Tracy Hickman for President!
