It's a pity that this particular thread was closed, since one of the posters there came to mention French Civil Code articles (which was not, to me, off-topic) , so he did not have a chance to reply to my legitimate request, that was simply to have him translate these articles into English so that the other posters understand what was the message he was trying to voice.

I do believe however that this is indeed a newsworth piece about the very game this board is all about. I think a repost is fine. Allowing for flame bait however shouldnt be ignored.
