Email alert problem

You'll have to forgive me: I'm not totally sure where else to post this.

Around the end of May/beginning of June was the last time I received ANY email alerts about new stories. For a couple of weeks, sure - I could totally accept the possibility of a slow news period for the games I had selected alerts for. But I also have the General MMORPG.com News selected. I hadn't received that weekly (or whatever the frequency is) email either.

So, I went into my profile, checked to make sure everything I wanted checked was still checked. It was. So, I went and changed my email address, thinking it might be a problem there. Another two weeks or so pass and I still hadn't received any alerts. Checking the site (both times), there was new news for some of the some of the games I wanted alerts for! And still no general news email!

I emailed support, they suggested checking my spam folder (and I think possibly changing to another email address). I check my spam folder everyday anyway to make sure I don't delete something I want (that's happened to me in the past, before this), so I know the emails aren't going there.

So, I went and set up a THIRD email address, changed my profile so that the alerts would go there. I even selected every freaking game listed in the Alerts section. What happens? STILL NO EMAILS. 

I keep getting the email to confirm my new email everytime I change the address in my profile (and it doesn't go to my spam folder, either!) so I know my email can receive mmorpg.com emails. What do I do? I mean, have they stopped sending out emails, or is there something else going on keeping me from receiving updates?
