Well, 1th person view for sure. not sure about the 3th person view, they havent published any details about it. so far u cant say if there is gonna be a 3th person view from just seeing movies, since movies can always be taken by a spectator who sees people in 3th person view maybe.
There will be the option to use 3th person view while driving vehicles and while being in non-battle areas probably, but thats just a guess...We'll know more soon tho.
Might have 3rd person, but in a shooter like this you would put your self at a huge disadvantage with aiming in 3rd. Or maybe its just me, but i suck at shooters in 3rd person.

There really is no difference if the game is set up right.
Of course, many aren't. :P A lot harder to make a proper 3rd person camera than a 1st person one.

from clips weve seen of Huxley, 3rd person is only available while in vehicles or traveling around in non-combat zones. its doesnt look like you get a 3rd person veiw while in a combat zone when walking around.

This gameplay video has some third person. Not too detailed. So there might be third person while in combat. My guess probably around 85-90%?

3rd person is much harder to code then 1st person from my experience. had much easier times coding first person view.
