Are there any checks and balances in regards to the winners? Are there any minimums in place to ensure that these are true and valid accounts and not ones from someone who just made a batch of accounts and whose specific use is only to enter the contests?

Im pretty sure that IP checks are in order for contest incase of dupes entering.
